RED DIGITAL CINEMA has specially selected Lakeview Productions for their RED EPIC-M program in April of 2011.  This made us one of a small group to own the pre-release EPIC camera, and the first production company in Chicago to have the RED EPIC. The EPIC is quickly gaining notoriety as the new standard in digital filmmaking technology. James Cameron, Peter Jackson, and Ridley Scott have all chosen to shoot on the EPIC for its performance and bleeding-edge image quality in the most challenging filmmaking scenarios. Hollywood productions such as “The Hobbit”, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" and “The Amazing Spider-man” are using the EPIC as their primary camera system. We’re excited to add the EPIC’s power and quality to our evolving arsenal of top-quality tools that give our clients the biggest bang for their buck.
